Herbes de Provence is a traditional French blend of aromatic herbs. Just a little olive oil, salt, plus this herbaceous blend perfectly seasons roasted root vegetables, poultry, fish, or pork. It’s also used for seasoning salads, sauces and cheeses, as well as soups and stews. The mixture can be added before or during cooking, and even makes a flavorful addition to olive oil bread dip.
INGREDIENTS: Rosemary, marjoram, summer savory, thyme, lavender.
