This blend of aromatic spices is sweet, spicy, and totally sugar-free. Use it to season anything from a hot latte to homemade desserts.
Sweet aromatics like cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg are balanced with heat from fresh ginger and black pepper. This combination is what gives Chai Spice its warm and soothing flavor with a subtle but unmistakable kick.
RECIPE - CHAI LATTE: Add a pinch of Chai Spice to 1 C milk in a small pot over medium heat. Just before milk begins to simmer, turn off heat and add 2 tsp black tea (or 1 bag). Steep for 2-3 minutes and strain into mug. Optional: sweeten (to taste) and froth before serving.
ADD IT TO: Tea, coffee, pancake batter, cookies (molasses/ginger/sugar), cake, frosting, pie (apple/pumpkin), oatmeal, granola, smoothies, banana bread…
TIP: Use this the same way you’d use cinnamon
